We build the web applications, websites and e-shops that bring you customers
What we do
Four things we do properly, instead of twenty we do adequately
Who we are
A small team of specialists, not a reseller
Datanetic started in 2018 and has been writing software ever since. We are developers first: the people who scope your project are the same people who build it, and the same people who answer the phone two years later when you want to change something.
That matters more than it sounds. A lot of web work in Greece is resold — an agency takes the brief, subcontracts the build, and disappears from the technical conversation. When something goes wrong, nobody can answer the question. We deliberately stayed small enough that the answer always comes from someone who wrote the code.
We also build and run our own products, which keeps us honest. eFluper is a live e-invoicing platform sending documents to AADE every day. Kalendar handles appointment scheduling with automation across multiple locations. Entryc is a CRM used by small and large businesses alike. Everything we recommend to a client is something we have already had to maintain ourselves, at scale, with real users complaining when it breaks.
- You talk to the developers, not to an account manager
- A staging link you can check at any point during the build
- Fixed written quotes, with the scope listed line by line
- We say no to work we do not think you need
Why choose us
What actually makes a difference?
We build it, we support it
No subcontracting. The team that writes your code is the team that maintains it, which is why our clients still have the same contact person after five years.
Performance is not optional
Every site we ship is measured against Core Web Vitals before launch. Fast pages rank higher, convert better and cost less to advertise against.
SEO built in, not bolted on
Structured data, clean URLs, correct headings, hreflang for both languages and a real content structure — from the first commit, not as a paid extra afterwards.
Fixed prices, written scope
You get a written quote with the deliverables listed line by line, before anything starts. No hourly surprises, no "that was not included" halfway through.
Security and backups
SSL, daily backups, hardened servers, uptime monitoring, GDPR-compliant forms and cookie consent — configured before launch rather than after the first incident.
Plain language
We explain trade-offs in terms of cost, time and risk instead of technology names — so you can make the decision rather than approve one you did not understand.
How we work
From first call to live, in five steps
Discovery call
Thirty to sixty minutes on what you do, who your customers are and what the project has to achieve. We ask about the business problem first and the technology last. No charge, no commitment.
Proposal & fixed quote
A written document with the scope broken down line by line, the timeline, the price and what is explicitly not included. You know the full cost before you decide.
Design & structure
Wireframes and page structure first, then visual design. For applications, we map the data model and the workflow before writing a line of code — that is where projects are won or lost.
Development & review
We build in stages on a staging server you can access at any time. You review real screens as they are finished instead of waiting months for a reveal.
Launch & aftercare
Go-live, analytics and Search Console setup, training for your team, written documentation, and ongoing support. Most clients keep evolving their project with us for years.
And everything that keeps it running
Hosting & maintenance
We host on our own managed servers with SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring and security updates, plus company e-mail on your own domain. If something breaks at 9pm, you call a person who knows your project — not a ticket queue.
Google & Meta advertising
Search, Shopping and social campaigns built around margin rather than vanity clicks, with conversion tracking configured properly so you can see exactly what each euro brought back.
Email marketing & automation
Newsletters, abandoned-cart flows, post-purchase sequences and segmented campaigns. The cheapest revenue in any business is the customer who already bought once.
