Our work

Platforms, stores and websites we designed and built

Some of these are products we own and operate every day; others were built for clients and are running inside their businesses right now. All of them are real, live systems rather than concepts.

Our own products

We build and operate these ourselves. They are how we keep our hands on real production problems — uptime, migrations, support, scale — instead of only shipping and moving on.
eFluper — Datanetic
Product Web app myDATA

eFluper

eFluper is an online invoicing platform whose main purpose is issuing revenue documents and transmitting them to AADE (myDATA). It handles document types, series, VAT rules, customer records and the full transmission cycle, and it is the system we point to whenever a client asks whether we understand Greek e-invoicing.
Entryc — Datanetic
Product Web app CRM

Entryc

Entryc CRM is a web application for managing customer relationships — contacts, communication history, offers, follow-ups and pipeline. It is designed to be equally usable by a three-person business and by a company with dozens of users and role-based access.
Kalendar — Datanetic
Product Web app Android

Kalendar

Kalendar is an online platform for creating and managing appointments of different types, with automation, multiple locations and user and group management.

It supports integrations and offers advanced security features, and it is used daily by businesses that live or die by their schedule.

Client platforms

Custom systems built to solve one company's specific problem, from construction project management to fire-safety maintenance scheduling.
Custom CRM — Construction — Datanetic
Project Web app CRM

Custom CRM — Construction

A custom CRM web application built for the complete management of a construction company.

It records the progress of a project alongside every interaction with the client, from the first meeting through to handover — so nothing depends on someone remembering what was agreed on site three months ago.
Custom CRM — Fire safety — Datanetic
Project Web app Maintenance

Custom CRM — Fire safety

A custom CRM web application for scheduling and recording the maintenance of fire extinguishers and fire-safety equipment, with automated reminders for upcoming inspections.
Help Desk — Datanetic
Project Web app Documentation

Help Desk

An application for publishing instructions and release notes for other applications.

Rich text entry, multi-language support and a dynamic structure that lets one installation serve documentation for several separate products at once.
DAnalytics — Datanetic
Project Web app Analytics

DAnalytics

A custom web analytics service for tracking and analysing how users interact with websites and applications.

It reports per tracked project, with full logging, multiple chart types and period comparison — useful where handing every visitor to a third party is not acceptable.

Websites & e-shops

Business websites and online stores, built for speed and for search.

About these projects

The questions people ask after scrolling through this page.

Talk to us

All of them are live. Some, such as eFluper, Entryc and Kalendar, are products we own and operate ourselves every day; the rest are running inside client businesses right now. Nothing on this page is a mockup or a case study built for the portfolio.

Yes. We can walk you through our own products on a short call, and for client systems we show whatever the client has agreed we can show. Ask for the closest match to what you have in mind.

That is usually how these started. We take the patterns that already work — scheduling, invoicing, document handling, reporting, role-based access — and shape them around your process, instead of asking you to change it to fit a ready-made product.

You do. Custom work we build for you is yours, along with the code and the data, and you are never locked into our hosting to keep using it. If you leave, we hand over full access rather than holding the project hostage.

A business website is typically two to five weeks, an e-shop four to ten, and a custom platform six to sixteen depending on scope. The systems on this page were built in stages: a working first version in a few months, then extended year after year as the business asked for more.

Tell us what you want to build. We will tell you what it takes.

A short call is usually enough for us to understand your project and come back with a fixed price, a timeline and a clear scope — with no obligation and no jargon.

We reply within one business day.
