Custom web application development

Software that fits your business, not the other way around

We design and develop custom web applications — CRM and ERP systems, customer portals, booking platforms, dashboards and full SaaS products. If you are working around the limitations of off-the-shelf software, this is what replaces it.

When a spreadsheet stops being enough

Almost every business we work with reaches the same point. The spreadsheet that ran the company for five years now has fourteen tabs, three people editing it at once, and nobody is quite sure which version is correct. Or a ready-made program does 70% of what is needed, and the remaining 30% is filled in by e-mail, phone calls and memory.

A custom web application closes that gap. Instead of bending your process to fit a product built for someone else, the software is shaped around the way your team already works — the same terminology, the same steps, the same approvals. Staff need far less training because the application mirrors what they were doing manually, and the data that used to live in five places lives in one.

We have built exactly this for construction companies tracking projects from first meeting to handover, for fire-safety firms scheduling extinguisher maintenance, for accounting offices issuing invoices to myDATA, and for service businesses managing thousands of appointments across multiple locations.

What a custom application gives you

Not a list of technologies — a list of things that change day to day once the system is live.

Your workflow, encoded

Every status, approval step and business rule you follow today is built into the application, so the software enforces the process instead of relying on people remembering it.

One source of truth

Customers, orders, documents and history in a single database, searchable in seconds and always current — instead of scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes and drawers.

Automation that removes hours

Recurring tasks, reminders, scheduled reports, automatic e-mails and document generation. The work that consumes an afternoon every week simply stops needing a person.

Integrations with what you already use

myDATA, payment providers, courier services, accounting software, Google Workspace, ERPs and any system with an API. Data flows instead of being re-typed.

Roles and permissions

Granular control over who sees and changes what, with a full audit trail. Essential once more than a handful of people use the same system.

Reporting you can act on

Live dashboards and exportable reports built on your real data — revenue, workload, pipeline, stock, productivity — instead of a monthly manual summary.

Applications we build most often

These are the systems that come up again and again. Every one of them has been delivered and is in production today.

CRM systems

Track leads, customers, communication history, offers and contracts from first contact to repeat business — with the fields and stages your industry actually uses.

ERP & internal operations

Projects, tasks, costs, stock, suppliers and staff in one platform, so management sees the state of the business without asking for a report.

Invoicing & myDATA

Issue revenue documents, transmit them to AADE and keep a clean archive. We built and run eFluper, a production e-invoicing platform, on exactly this.

Booking & scheduling

Appointments, resources, multiple locations, staff calendars, automated reminders and no-show handling — the engine behind our Kalendar product.

Customer & partner portals

Give clients a secure login to see their orders, documents, tickets or progress, and cut the volume of "can you send me…" e-mails dramatically.

Analytics platforms

Collect, store and visualise your own data with dashboards, filters and period comparison, without handing everything to a third party.

Stack

The stack we build on

We deliberately keep a focused, boring, extremely well-supported stack. It means faster delivery, fewer surprises and a codebase any competent developer can pick up in five years.

Laravel (PHP)
Mature, secure application framework with a huge ecosystem and long-term support.
Vue.js
Reactive interfaces that feel instant, without the weight of a heavyweight front-end setup.
MySQL / MariaDB
Reliable relational storage, properly indexed and backed up daily.
REST APIs
A clean API layer so mobile apps and third-party systems can plug in later.
Private servers
Hosting we manage ourselves, with monitoring, SSL and automated backups.
Git & staging
Versioned code and a staging environment, so nothing untested reaches production.

How we work

From first call to live, in five steps

The same process whether it is a five-page website or a platform your whole company runs on. What changes is the depth of each step, not the order.
1

Discovery call

Thirty to sixty minutes on what you do, who your customers are and what the project has to achieve. We ask about the business problem first and the technology last. No charge, no commitment.

2

Proposal & fixed quote

A written document with the scope broken down line by line, the timeline, the price and what is explicitly not included. You know the full cost before you decide.

3

Design & structure

Wireframes and page structure first, then visual design. For applications, we map the data model and the workflow before writing a line of code — that is where projects are won or lost.

4

Development & review

We build in stages on a staging server you can access at any time. You review real screens as they are finished instead of waiting months for a reveal.

5

Launch & aftercare

Go-live, analytics and Search Console setup, training for your team, written documentation, and ongoing support. Most clients keep evolving their project with us for years.

FAQ

Custom web applications — common questions

Projects start from around €1,800 for a focused application with an admin panel and a handful of core features. Mid-sized CRM or ERP systems typically land between €4,000 and €15,000 depending on the number of modules and integrations. We give a fixed written quote after a short discovery call, so you never work against an open-ended budget.

A first usable version is normally ready in 6 to 10 weeks, with larger platforms running 3 to 6 months. We deliver in phases: the module that saves you the most time goes live first, and the rest follows while you are already using the system.

Yes. We regularly integrate with myDATA/AADE, accounting packages, ERPs, courier services, payment providers, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. If a system exposes an API — or even a scheduled file export — we can connect to it.

We offer ongoing support and maintenance: hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups and a fixed monthly allowance for changes. Most clients keep evolving their application for years, and we stay the team that knows it.

Every application we build is responsive and works in a phone browser. When a project needs offline access, push notifications or camera and GPS features, we build a companion Android and iOS app on top of the same API.
